COVID-19 deaths in Bohol breach 400-mark

TAGBILARAN CITY – The public is urged to follow minimum health standards such as wearing of face masks and observance of physical distancing as there is an increase in COVID-19 deaths in Bohol province.

The death toll has breached the 400-mark, according to data from the Bohol Inter-Agency Task Force (BIATF) on Monday, Sept. 20.

As of 1 p. m., deaths registered due to COVID-19 reached 401. However, no new cases were recorded.

The number of recorded active cases were 2,165 cases.

Since the start of the pandemic, there has been a total of 16,814 cases recorded across the province.

The BIATF said the COVID Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds in Bohol’s tertiary hospitals, as well as COVID Isolation beds have been fully occupied. — BAP, GMA News
