He is a marathon-running creative titan whose work is celebrated globally from Cannes to D&AD. For his talk, Raoul will explore how future-facing leaders can navigate transformation, embrace data and AI, and harness platforms effectively while protecting the human insight at the heart of meaningful creative work.

David Guerrero and Nikki Sunga – Creative Chairman, Group Creative Creator at BBDO Guerrero

David Guerrero is the visionary behind “It’s More Fun in the Philippines” and the first Southeast Asian Cannes Jury President. David is a Lifetime Achievement awardee who consistently leads the country on the global stage. On the other hand, Nikki Sunga has led award-winning projects for global brands like Mountain Dew and Unilever while championing gender equality as a See It Be It alumna. Her extensive influence spans from representing the Philippines as a Young Lion to serving on prestigious international juries, including most recently the Audio category at Cannes Lions.

Joe Dy – Chief Creative Officer at VML Manila

Joe Dy is a Philippine Creative Guild Hall of Fame inductee who has earned multiple Gold Cannes Lions and back-to-back Agency of the Year honors for his mastery of both creativity and business results. For his talk, get ready to explore the power of creative bravery, how embracing uncertainty and taking bold, strategic risks can lead to real effectiveness. Joe will share insights on creative bravery that results in effectiveness.

Sharon Panelo – Senior Director at BRAZE New York

Sharon Panelo is an NYC-based brand strategist and global innovation leader who bridges the gap between creative AI fluency and cultural intelligence through her exploration of Filipino Futurism. Currently on a creative residency in Manila, she draws on her experience leading innovation labs at McCann and teaching at Pratt Institute to re-center human creativity within modern storytelling and precolonial folklore. 

Sharon’s session explores how creativity, judgment, and human insight work alongside AI to guide meaningful outcomes at scale since the real challenge of AI is defining the human role within intelligent systems rather than simply managing automation. 

Raxenne Maniquiz – Graphic Designer and Illustrator

A 2021 Young Gun awardee and globally sought-after illustrator, Raxenne Maniquiz has lent her signature botanical style to brands like Nike, Apple, and Adobe while documenting the endemic flora of the Philippines. Raxenne will share her journey, creative process, and case studies from the brands she’s worked with, unpacking how thoughtful craft translates into impactful brand stories.

Pepe Torres – Chief Marketing Officer at MAYA
