Publicis JimenezBasic Philippines has appointed Maan Bautista as Executive Creative Director, effective immediately. In this role, she will lead the agency’s creative direction as it continues to strengthen its offering and capabilities.
Maan is one of the country’s most awarded creative leaders, with over two decades of experience shaping work that has earned recognition both locally and internationally. She joins Publicis JimenezBasic to further elevate the agency’s creative ambition and deliver impactful, insight-driven ideas for its clients.
Maan began her career as a copywriter in 2005, honing the rigor and discipline central to effective storytelling. Over the years, she has risen through the ranks, taking on leadership roles across top agencies before joining Publicis JimenezBasic.
Throughout her career, Maan has led work across a wide range of categories — from FMCG and telecommunications to finance, public sector, and advocacy. Her body of work has earned recognition at prestigious global award shows, including Cannes Lions, Effies, AdFest, LIA, New York Festivals, Clio, One Show, MadStars, and Spikes Asia, alongside top local honors from Kidlat, Tambuli, and Boomerang.
Most recently, under her leadership, her previous agency achieved back-to-back Kidlat Agency of the Year wins and multiple recognitions at the 4As Philippines Agency of the Year Awards, including Best in Creative and Best in Innovation. She was inducted into the 4As Philippines Creative Guild Hall of Fame in 2024 and was ranked among the top creative leaders in the Philippines in Campaign Brief Asia’s 2025 Creative Rankings.
